????2020年12月9-11日，IFME2020 第十届中国（上海）国际流体机械展览会在上海虹桥国家会展中心隆重举行。

2020年11月9日23时50分，万华化学100万吨/年乙烯装置产出合格乙烯产品，标志着该装置一次开车成功。该装置关键核心设备裂解气压缩机配套采用中密控股的干气密封及控制系统，一次开车成功，现运行良好，标志着由中密控股承担的万华化学100万吨/年乙烯装置裂解气干气密封及控制系统项目取得圆满成功。这是百万吨乙烯三机干气密封国产化道路上继中科炼化之后又一重要里程碑。该项目的成功打破了该装置产品被国外长期垄断的局面，为国之重器——百万吨大乙烯项目三机全面国产化打下了坚实的基础。

At PM 23:50 on November 9, 2020, 1 million T/a Ethylene Plant for Wanhua Chemical Group produced qualified ethylene products, marking the successful start-up of the plant. The cracking gas compressor, the core equipment of the unit, is equipped with the dry gas seal and control system from Sinoseal. The successful start-up and good operation indicate that the dry gas seal and control system supplied by Sinoseal has achieved a full success. This is another important milestone on the road of domestic dry gas seal for 1 million tons of ethylene plant after Sino-Kuwait project. The success laid a solid foundation for China's heavy equipment - Million Ton Large Ethylene Project.

裂解气压缩机是乙烯装置中的核心设备，该机组的干气密封必须安全、稳定、长周期运转，一旦密封出现问题，不仅引起乙烯装置停产，而且以乙烯为原料的下游装置也将全部停产，停产一次损失上亿元。因此在役和新上的大乙烯项目的三机干气密封及控制系统仍大多数采用国外进口产品。

Cracking gas compressor is the core equipment in ethylene plant. The dry gas seal of this compressor must be under operation safely and stably with a long period. In case the dry gas seal fails, not only the ethylene plant will be shut down, but also all downstream units which use ethylene as raw material will be shut down, it will cause a loss of more than 100 million Yuan.
